How it works

Consultation

Please take a moment to fill out the form below, and I’ll reach out to you within one business day. I’d love to have a quick video or phone call to chat about the details, understand your goals for outsourcing, and get to know each other a little better.

Preview

After our consultation, send me three images and I’ll have them edited and back to you within three days! Whether it’s a current session or a past one, I will carefully edit your images to ensure they meet your expectations and are of the highest quality.

AgreeMent

Upon approval of your edited images, we will proceed with a digital contract outlining the agreed-upon terms and conditions. Following that, you will send your culled galleries to me via Google Drive for editing.

Turn-around

Portrait sessions will be completed and returned within 5 business days or less, while wedding photos will be ready within 2 weeks, unless we've agreed on a different timeline.

Gallery

When your gallery is ready, you’ll receive an email with a link to download your edited images and an invoice. The gallery will be released to you once the invoice is paid. My goal is to ensure the process is smooth and straightforward for you.

Client Requirements

To collaborate with me, photographers should have the budget and a long-term vision for outsourcing their editing needs. I invest a lot of time and care into understanding each client's personal style and editing preferences, which is why I focus on building lasting partnerships rather than short-term ones.

Availability

I take on a small number of clients at a time—usually no more than five—so I can give each one the time and care they deserve. It’s important that we’re the right fit for each other, and I truly value building lasting relationships with my clients. While I primarily work with those I’ve built a connection with, I do occasionally welcome new clients. I edit your images on a top-quality Apple Studio 27-inch 5K Retina display, ensuring every color is displayed in its truest form. I primarily use Lightroom Classic and Photoshop to bring out the full potential of your photos. My goal is to capture every detail and make sure your images look their absolute best.
Not at all! Since I'll be adjusting your images to match your preferred style, I’m capable of working with any look you want. I have ongoing relationships with clients whose styles range from dark and moody to light and airy, and everything in between! A test gallery is the perfect way to see if my editing matches what you're envisioning. To give you an idea of my work, all the images on my website were both captured and edited by me.
Currently, I don't offer extensive retouching like face swaps or major alterations. Instead, I focus on enhancing the original image with natural edits that bring out its best qualities and give it a polished, professional look.
For the best results, I prefer RAW images, but I do accept JPG files as well.
I do not own your images—they are entirely yours. Once our project is complete, all rights to the images remain with you. I keep your images for 30 days, after which they are deleted.
You can send me as many or as few sessions as you’d like—there’s no minimum or maximum. And if you ever want to take a short break and come back when things pick up, feel free! I’m happy to be flexible.
The contract is simply to outline expectations and ensure we have a clear understanding of our working relationship. My goal is to build long-term partnerships, but if at any point you feel I'm not the right fit or can no longer outsource, you can end the contract with a 30 day written notice—no strings attached.
Please note that refunds are not available once the invoice has been paid and the gallery has been delivered. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the service provided, kindly reach out to me as soon as possible so I can address any concerns and make it right.
